Many of us read it in continuous pace without any breaks or without any feel but there is a specific method by which its recitation can proved to be a boon for us.

Some steps to be followed :

STEP 1: One should sit in a cross legged position facing towards South keeping in mind that back should be straight.

STEP 2: Close your eyes. Your all concentration should be towards the center of the forehead.

STEP 3: Now take a deep breath and recite the first line (pankti) in your mind while taking deep breath and after a couple of second recite the next line in your mind while releasing breath. Hold breath according to your capacity.

Eg:      जय हनुमान ज्ञान गुन सागर  (While taking breath)
