How To Tackle A Tough Objective/MCQ Exam

objective-exams
Life is a never ending exam. Some win, some loose and some quit in between. On each and every path, it comes with different passages and number of options. Some paths are creaky, some are steep, some are exciting, some are breathtaking, some attract us towards thereselves while some retract. In  these variety of options we have to choose the right one. Sometimes our chosen options can either proved to be a boon for us or it can proved to be a regret of lifetime. So either it is small or big, each and every decision matters.

Similarly objective or MCQ's (Multiple Choice Questions) exams are identical to journey of life because it comes up with different passages and number of options in which we have to choose the right one. Whether it is life or exam we can not always be prepared for every hurdle. Especially talking about exams every question cannot be answered or solved or you cannot solve every question still you are well prepared.

In our previous article How To Explore Career Options After Engineering, we told you about the various career options in different fields after engineering but to enter in engineering field or almost any of the field such as Medical, Management Exams, Civil Services, Armed Forces, Banks, SSC etc you will have to pass through initial hurdle of 'Objective Exam.' So this is our sincere effort to help the students to tackle a tough objective exam.

Some Tips To Be Followed :

1. First thing you have to do before every exam is to calm down your nerves and relax your mind. Wipe out all the other thoughts from the mind but the exam.

2. Make your pre-exam strategy i.e. how to tackle the questions, how much time to spend on a particular section because objective exams basically contains number of section and most of the objective exams are speed based such as SSC, Banks, Railways etc. so you have to plan your strategy to do well and attempt a number of questions which will make your way further.

3. Try to set a target of how much questions you have to attempt to ensure your success in exam.

4. This is one of the most important tip which will work in many questions in many exams. Try to solve the question or find out the right option by ruling out or eliminating other options. You can eliminate odd options in a following way
  • Logically.
  • By putting value from options in the question to check that which option is satisfying the problem. This technique mostly works in the filed of Maths, Reasoning, English etc
  • By solving a question in a systematic procedure so that you will find out the correct option in first attempt and other options will automatically ruled out. But this can be time consuming.
  • By various short tricks and techniques so that you can get the right answer in a little time.
5. As we have discussed above that most of these objective exams are speed based. So if your speed is slow then try to attain the accuracy. Make sure that maximum number of questions should be correct from the number of questions you are attempting.

Different Objective Exams And How To Prepare For Them :

1. Exams like JEE-MAINS (For NIT's and other Engineering colleges) and JEE-ADVANCE (For IIT's) needs good quality of preparation. Try to work on concept building. Practice the variety of questions. Devote a good amount of time to your study.

2.Exams like GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test In Engineering) and other individual exams for PSU's needs how much you can remember from your course of 4 years in your respective engineering stream. Start preparation from the beginning. Prepare notes of every core subject from the first year, it will help you a lot. Try to solve different practice papers of GATE pattern.

3.Exams like CAT (Common Admission Test) needs speed in sections like Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation. Try to work on your calculation speed. Don't follow entire procedure to solve questions, try to solve it in a way in which it consumes less time. Read english newspaper daily to improve english. Your english for CAT will be improved by reading merely. Read a variety of content from different fields such as politics, economics, science, psychology etc.

4. Exams like SSC, Banks, Railways, Armed Forces need speed with accuracy. Practice hard to develop good speed with accuracy.

These were the few common exams which is in trend in India right now but one must positively prepare for every exam because shortcuts don't work everywhere. Hard work is a key to success.

How To Handle A Tough Question Paper ?

In our lifetime we all have faced different exams, sometimes the question paper is very easy and sometimes it is very tough. If paper comes easy then we all get happy and clear it easily but if the paper comes tough then the situation is totally different. In such case some students get passed while other get failed. But most of the times the reason behind getting failed in a tough exam is not our lack of preparation instead the reason behind it is that how we handle that particular exam. So this article deals with the tricks and tactics of handling a tough question paper and here mainly we focus on subjective paper. So if you are looking for the tips to handle a tough objective exam then you can read our other article.

As we have already discussed in our previous article "How to clear board exams (Weak Students)" that for getting passed in any examination the first thing we need is positive attitude. Positive attitude is needed in any examination whether it is a class test, board exams, organizational exams, competitive exams, interviews etc. So if you do not face an exam with positive attitude, then surely you would not get the results that you want. So believing in your abilities is must for clearing any exam. So here are some tips that you can follow if a paper comes tough:

Relax Yourself:

This is the most important thing because when we appear in an examination with proper preparation but the question paper comes very tough then sometimes we lose our confidence by just reading the paper once. We start thinking that how would we get passed, this paper is very tough etc. So first thing you should try when you get a paper in your hand which looks tough at the first sight is to Calm Your Nerves and then read the question paper again. Search the questions that you can answer properly or even partially because in tough exams every mark counts. We assure you that when you read the paper with your cool and calm head then you will definitely see some questions that you can answer.

There is a saying , "if you are in dark and not able to see the way then you can pass through it in two ways :
  • Whether lighten up your way to pass through it.
  • Or wait for sometime to see the way to pass through it."

Build Confidence:

The next step is to build confidence in yourself, you can do this by thinking about the things that can motivate you like think about any previous examination where you were thinking that you could not get passed but you passed that exam, think about the things that you have done to pass that exam (We are not talking about cheating), we are talking about the steps and tactics that you have used to clear that particular exam. Believe in yourself, believe in your abilities, think positive, think you can clear that exam. Motivate yourself by saying that i can do this, i can handle this situation, this is not the toughest exam etc. Building confidence is necessary for handling such exams.

Selecting The Questions:

This is our next objective, after relaxing and building up enough confidence now you are ready for this step. So look through your question paper and select the question that you can answer properly and then the questions that you can answer partially and at last select the questions whose answers you don't know and try to answer them. Arrange them priority wise means if you can answer two questions properly then see the total marks for both the question, suppose if first question is of 10 marks and the second question is of 5 marks then answer the 10 marks question first because our mind is fresh at the start of the examination.

Read And Understand The Questions:

Before answering any question read the question properly because understanding of a question is must. If you will not read a question properly then there might be a 10% chances that you loose some points about it and hence you loose some marks too.

Take Some Time Before Answering:

Don't take it in a wrong way, take some time before answering a particular question. Think about what i am going to write, on which points and keywords i have to focus etc. This will help you to give your 100% in an answer. While you will be writing your answer always think from your mind and write from your heart, this sounds awkward but this line has much bigger meaning, if you write from your heart then you will be presenting your answer in best possible way. In simple words use your brain to give each and every important point about answer, try to give all facts and figures in your answer, and write them in best possible way which includes clean and good handwriting, draw nice diagrams etc. Here our motive is to get the maximum marks in the question for which we know the answers.

Try To Attempt All The Questions:

This is the last step in this process, try to give answers for all the questions whether you know the answers for them or you don't know. Try to relate the question with what you know, never think what teachers or others will think if you write a wrong answer. If you write an answer only then there will be a possibility of getting an extra mark otherwise if you don't write then you will be loosing your full marks that is there is no possibility of getting a single mark. So be smart and try to get every single mark. A single mark can save you from getting failed in exam, so try to give answers for each and every question.

All The Best ツ

How/What To Opt After 10th Standard

options-after-10th-standard
Education plays a very important part in one's life. It leads you to a well established career and better life. Basic education is necessary for the initial development of a person. An illiterate person can be fooled but an educated or literate can not be fooled because every educated person knows its basic rights. Education is a basic tool which guides one on each and every step of life. So education should be necessary and compulsory.

Basic education of every individual is up to 12th standard, then starts the higher education. But the most important decision which leads you to your forthcoming career i.e. in which field you have to go, takes place after 10th standard.

Yes, the stream you have to choose in your 11th standard i.e. science stream, commerce stream and arts stream. This decision can proved to be a turning point in your life or it can be a disaster as well. So it is a most exciting or somewhat confusing step of life for students. So here we are, trying to help the students in taking right decision.

Some Points To Ponder :

Important Note : All this opting process is entirely depends upon your area of interest.

1. So first find out your area of interest. Don't get influenced by your friend's decisions or what your parents are saying. We are not saying that go against your parents but try to figure out what you want and try to make your parents understand.

2. Try to figure what you like and try to relate it with your study field. Eg. If you love to read literature, poetry then go for art side or if you love machinery and mechanism then go for science side so that it will help you to choose better options in graduation.

3. If you are confused and unable to find out your area of interest (this is the case in which either you like all the subjects or you don't like most of the subjects.) then try to analyse in which of the subjects your performance in class tests and exams are better than others ones.

4. Besides interest you have to choose wisely. Choose one light or scoring subject along with other heavy subjects because at the end you have to score good marks in board exams also. We will explain this point below with favorable example.

Choices One Should Make:

For science lovers :

P C M (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) with Computer Science : Can be a good and scoring combination if you are interested in computer and if you want to pursue with computer for your higher studies.

P C M with Physical Education : It is a combination which can give you a healthy and energetic life with studies. It is also a good combination for those who wants to proceed with the career in sports and athletics, because as Swami Vivekananda said "It would be better to play football than read the Gita." This combination is scoring as well.

P C M with Hindi : Hindi is one of the light subject but little bit less scoring as compared to others. You will have to improve your presentation, handwriting and writing skills to score in Hindi. English and Hindi both requires good presentation and writing skills to score.

P C M with Biology : One of the deadly combination because biology needs cramming. So if you are good in cramming then you can make it into this combination too. Also it opens fields for both engineering and medical.

For Commerce Lovers :

Commerce with Maths : Can be a good combination if you like to study maths with commerce and without core science subjects.

Commerce with Physical Education : A combination for healthy life with good marks.

Commerce with Hindi : Another good option for scoring but requires good writing skills.

These were the few common combinations. Nowadays Boards provide a lot of variety in options such as Fashion technology, biotech, history etc. It totally depends upon your school that what options are it providing.

So choose the right path, achieve your success and make your future bright.

How To Clear Board Exams (Weak Students)

Nobody wants to fail in any examination whether it is an exam of academics such as school, college etc, organizational exams or an exam of life such as friendship, relationship, trust etc. But when it comes to board examinations then every teenager wants to score good marks in exams. So this article deals with the problems of weak students who think that scoring good marks in exams is not in their hand. First of all we want to get familiar with you so that we can find out the proper solution of this problem. So in this article we try to talk like friends so that you could understand the things in a better way.

So the first thing that we want to say to every student who thinks he/she is weak  is that Nobody is weak in this world, so always think positive and believe in yourself that you are not the weak or weakest student. We are saying that nobody is weak because no body is weak by birth, its just insincerity, laziness, lack of proper planning etc.

The major difference between a topper and a student who scores less marks is consistency and sincerity, the students who score more marks do their work on time and at least give few hours daily to studies. We are not giving lecture here, we are just giving the differences so don't get bored. If you are lazy, insincere to your work then its fine there is nothing bad in it, every individual has different life style. Every individual has its own qualities that makes them different from others, it is not necessary that the students who score good marks are good in other activities like playing baseball, playing guitar, swimming, dancing, singing etc.

So the thing that we want to say is that you should not think negative always think positive because if you think positive only then the positive things will happen for eg. If the Wright Brothers would have thought on their first attempt that they couldnt fly then definitely they wouldn't have invented Airplane and today we would not be traveling in them. Also you might have heard a very famous couplet in Hindi "Man Ke Haare Haar Hai, Man Ke Jeete Jeet" which means if you consider yourself to be already defeated then you can never win in any field.

So think always positive and always sit in examination hall with the mind set that you could never be failed, and i will fight this battle hard. If teacher wants to fail me then he/she will have to check my all answers very carefully otherwise i could not be failed.

So the things that we require to clear any examination is Positive Attitude, Little Preparations, Proper Planning and Fantastic Execution. So the next thing is that we discuss all these four things in details and these four things will describe you the way to clear your board examinations.

Positive Attitude:

Always sit in the examination with positive attitude and never think that you could be failed, sit in the room with a motive that i would leave this room only when i ensure that i would be passed. Also a day before exam do not take much stress on yourself, relax your body properly and take a healthy sleep so that your mind would work on its full potential. Otherwise a stressed mind can never give its 100 percent.

Little Preparations:

The more you prepare the better results you would get. But if you don't like study much then simply follow these steps:
  • Take the overview of all the chapters that is do not read or learn the entire book just open the chapters see the main headings read few lines about them and always look for figures, diagrams because they are the key to get passed in examination. If there are derivations then learn the outcomes of it and few starting lines so that you could write something about them if they come in examination.
  • If some topic has few subheadings then learn the names of subheadings, because teachers have to check thousands of copies and they are also getting money for that so most of the teachers look at subheadings not the matter inside it. If they lookout for every word then it would be impossible for them to check all the copies.
  • Make sure to read all the chapters, never leave a chapter completely even in the worst case just read few lines and few topics from every chapter because every chapter has its own weight-age.

Proper Planning:

This is the main thing to consider, planning is the thing that makes students different from others. You might have seen some students who study almost entire day but they do not get the marks that they deserve. This is the case of improper planning. The world is moving very fast, so there is a need of smart work not entire hard work, yes we do believe that hard work pays but it pays very slowly but since we do not have much time to study as we are weak students and late boomers who always picks up book at last moments so hard work is not the thing for us, we must rely on smart work. Because if hard work is everything then the donkey would be the king of Jungle, so inspire yourself by a Lion, who sleeps almost 16-18 hours a day and does the smart work. So roar like a lion and make a proper plan for yourself. You should include these points in your plan to score good marks:
  • Purchase the previous five year papers and look at the repeating questions mainly focus on long answers because every chapter has few long answers that are repeated every year. On the basis of these papers set a paper for yourself not just set a paper of 100 marks, you are not a teacher got it, so listen if your paper has 20 question then pick out 40-50 most appropriate questions from previous year papers.
  • After that think that if a particular question comes in exam then how would i answer it that is how would i present it, on which keywords i have to focus for that particular question.
  • Decide the length of answers, if a question of 10 marks comes in exam then how much words i would use to write that particular answer. Always keep in mind that if you spend your ink then you would definitely get marks, more or less doesn't matter but you would get marks for spending your ink. So spend as much as ink you can and never think of leaving a question.
  • Make sure you would not leave any question that contains figures, diagrams, charts etc. So draw them, keep practicing them, wake up the artist inside you, you are the Leonardo da Vinci lol.
  • Do some writing practice, always keep in mind that good handwriting and good presentation will always get you some extra marks. So prepare yourself with your guns and bullets for exams that is pen, pencil, rubber, scale etc.

Execution:

Now its the time to pick up the guns, consider all questions as your enemy so you would have to finish all of them. If you are not able to finish them then at least made them wounded so that they could not stand up in front of you. In simple words as there is a line mentioned almost on all the question papers that "Attempt all questions, all questions are necessary". If the board itself saying you to attempt all the questions so why are you leaving some questions, this is injustice with the board so attempt all the questions. Now keep certain things in mind at the time of giving the examination:
  • Relax yourself for five minutes before the exam starts.
  • When you get the question paper in your hand, pick out the questions that you can answer properly that is arrange them according to knowledge of the answers you have.
  • First write those answers which you know the most and try to present in best possible way because first impression is last impression. If you write an answer that includes various errors, cuttings then definitely teacher will create a wrong image about you and will not give you good marks.
  • Draw as much diagrams as possible, for example: if a question doesn't have a diagram but it has five points then write five points in boxes.
  • After you write all the answers you know, then start picking up the questions for which you don't know the answers. Now in such case most students think that what teacher would think about them if they write a wrong answer, so listen board teachers are living outside your city, they don't know you, so let them think whatever they want just focus on answering each and every question as it is written on the top of question paper "Attempt all questions, all questions are compulsory/necessary". By not writing answer you are doing injustice with the Board. Also there are millions of students who are appearing in the same examination along with you and all of them are writing billion type of answers so never feel fear in writing any answer.
  • So, how to write answers for the questions that you don't know- Try to figure out the keyword of the question, in most case like in definitions they are taken from the real world so if you know the meaning of the word then try to relate it with the question and write your answer which is walking around the same keyword. In such questions write answers in paragraph otherwise you get caught. In the start of paragraph mainly first two lines, write the same lines that is given in questions because teachers read only first few lines and decides the quality of answer. By writing in this way you would get at least few marks where previously you were getting nothing for not writing the answer.
  • Try to break the keyword to get the answer for eg. if a there is question asking you "what is Internet ?" - Then you break the two words Inter and Net. Here you can get the meaning of Inter if you know the difference between Inter and Intra. Basically Inter means "in between something" like link in between devices and Intra means "within something" like within the same device you get some additional features. Whereas Net is clearly mentioning that it is talking about network. So now you can write a related definition of Internet like internet is a network of devices which are connected with each other etc and since devices are connected so they can exchange information. In that way you would reach near to your answer.
  • If you are not getting any keyword and you have tried everything then try to relate your answer with the subject and if you know chapter from which the question is asked then try to relate it with that chapter.
  • Last but not the least, this is funny but one of our fellow described these two tricks that you can try to get at least one mark out of 10 or 5 even if you do not know a single word about the answer.
  1. Choose the question for which you are not able to write even a single word, then start writing answer in the poorest handwriting that even you cant read it properly. We know that's funny but in worst case scenario if you get one marks where you are getting zero then its a bonus for you. Every single mark matters.
  2. For the question whose answer you don't know attempt it at last and make sure that after that question you are not going to write anything. So attempt it at last write 4-5 lines in poorest handwriting and draw a line towards the bottom of the page pretending that teacher is snatching your copy at the last moments of exam. This will earn you some sympathy and you will get at least one mark for your efforts.
So students every single mark counts in these competitive days, fight hard for each and every mark and never give up.

How To Explore Career Options After Engineering

career-options-after-engineering
'ENGINEERING' a divine word for mostly all the students who opted for science (Physics, Chemistry and Maths as their subjects in XI standard). It has become a trend in India nowadays. Every year nearly 7,50,000 engineers from almost 4000 colleges  graduate every year in India. When students enter in XI standard, they have lot of zeal and enthusiasm to prepare for IIT's, NIT's and other prestigious colleges and universities in India. Kota, Delhi etc. has become second home for students. 'Foundation course for two years duration',' Target course for one year duration', 'Special batches from class IX' has become the catchy line of hoarding and banners of various coaching classes.

In this blind race some students get succeed in their attempts and become the cream (students of topmost colleges) of India, while others have hard luck and get admitted in not so good colleges and from here the actual journey starts. Journey of studies leads to journey of never ending exams, journey of friendship leads to journey of lifetime memorable fun and excitement, journey of relationship leads to journey of love and journey of hard work leads to journey of forthcoming bright career. Mostly students from topmost colleges get placed in reputed companies with handsome package. Problem mainly occurs with the students from not so good colleges. Some get placed, some don't and some get confused. So this is our sincere effort to help the engineers in need.

Firstly what should an engineer do when he/she enters in his/her B.tech first year :

1. Try to befriend with the environment of your college, colleagues and teachers no matter how the environment is. You have to give your best shot.

2. Don't get frustrated with the fact that you are not in a good college. Always keep in mind that you are there to learn, to achieve, to become a good technocrat. Don't give excuses that teachers and are not up to the mark. We all know that some faculties don't teach well and are unable to provide adequate knowledge to the students. So try to teach yourself and become your own teacher. Remember its your four years not the teacher's.

3. Try to learn and innovate things, keep experimenting. Don't excuse that 'Our college doesn't provide enough facilities' because Where there is a will, there is a way.

4. By the end of 2nd year you should realize what you have to do exactly or in which field you have to go. As I said that your prime focus should be to become master of your stream either it is Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Computer Science Engineering etc. Various options in the technical field :
  • Crack GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test In Engineering) and pursue Masters program from reputed college and go in research field after your doctorate.Publish technical papers of your own work and innovate in your field.
  • After masters degree you can also apply for jobs in various technical universities and colleges.

Other options in technical field :

  • Join PSU's by cracking GATE or their individual exams such as ONGC, BHEL, SAIL, GAIL NTPC etc. (Maximum of the PSU's are for Mechanical Engineering branch )
  • Get placed in the technical companies of private sector.
  • Apply in government jobs such as railways, banks, ministries, defense etc which require different technocrats from different streams.

If you are unable to cope up with the technical environment then here comes the various options:

  • CAT (Common Aptitude Test) for the selection in various IIM's (Indian Institute Of Management) and other prestigious colleges for MBA (Master Of Business Administration) and other management programs. Apart from CAT there are other individual tests for other colleges such as NMAT for Narsee Monjee Institute Of Management Studies, IRMA for Institute Of Rural Management etc. By getting into a good management institute, you can get placed in a good company with handsome salary.
  • Civil Services.
  • Banks (IBPS PO, Clerk, RRB's).
  • Railways.
  • Various exams conducted by SSC (Staff Selection Commission).
  • Armed Forces.
  • Police Force. etc etc.
These are the few common fields in which a graduate can apply, otherwise there are many. But most important thing is :
  1. Listen to your heart.
  2. Do what you like or you think you are good at either in any of field singing, dancing, swimming, acting etc and give your 100 percent in it. You will surely get succeed.
Because there is a truth that the world is being run by people of different fields, and from those people 90 percent are engineers.

How To Motion Positive Energy In Our Body

positive-energy
Energy is the prime cause of everything that happens in our universe. When an object is at rest it has potential energy, when object is in motion it has kinetic energy. These are the two main types of energy. There are many other forms of energy such as mechanical energy, heat energy, chemical energy, electric energy, gravitational energy etc. These energy forms are transformed from one to another thus follows the Law Of Conservation Of Energy which states that energy can neither be created nor be destroyed, but only transformed from one form to another.

The basic idea we want to convey here that we are surrounded by energy everywhere around us either it is a non living object or a living being. It is a basic source of anything to survive in this world.

For living a healthy and stressed free life we can train our body through meditation and regular exercises, we can maintain proper sleeping routine to re-energize our body for new tasks and we can also develop proper eating routine so that our body can get vital nutrients. But because in offices and work fields we do not get enough time to relax our body so we can try this 5 minute relaxation technique to re-energize ourselves. This relaxation technique is quiet easy and will surely relax your body so you can work effectively and give your 100 percent in work field. Below are the simple steps that you can follow to relax your body:

1. Get Into A Room:

First thing get into a room and make sure there is nobody in the room. If you are in office where is no privacy then leave this and next step and move forward to third step.

2. Dim The Lights Of The Room:

Dim the lights of the room so that you can feel more relax but not fully switch off the light otherwise you might sleep while relaxing yourself.

3. Sit In A Comfortable Position:

Now take a chair and sit in a proper position. Put you head on head rest and your arms on armrests and make yourself comfortable on chair.

4. Close Your Eyes:

Then close your eyes, closing eye is very important because eyes are the most active parts of our body so relaxing them is very important.

5. Take Deep Breaths:

Now from here our relaxation technique actually starts. Take deep breaths, inhale deeply and exhale calmly, do this for one or two minutes to calm your body.

6. Remove Every Negative And Non-Required Thoughts From Your Mind:

Remove any negative thoughts or the thoughts that make you feel more stressed from your mind.

7. Start Thinking Process:

Now with your every breath (inhale and exhale) start thinking that your body is getting relaxed. Start from your fingers, think in your mind that your feet fingers are getting relaxed then move to upper body parts with every inhale and exhale like my forearms are getting relaxed, now my complete arms are getting relaxed and then finally move to the facial muscles, think my facial muscles are getting relaxed. Feeling this will actually relax your body.

8. Extreme Thinking Process:

Now after you feel your body is relaxed then think that your body is getting lighter and lighter, feel that you are floating in air or something like that.

9. Use Your Imagination Power To Relax Yourself:

Now imagine in your mind that you are sitting in a park, there is cloudy weather, wind is blowing etc. Actually try to feel the wind. Then see a scenery type view in front of you for eg. There's a sea in front of you and some mountains are also there. Then try to go there, now imagine there are stairs that are going down into the sea. Then start going down the stairs and feel the water around your feet. With every step you take you start going deeper and deeper into the sea. Now try to see a light or a lamp that is glowing at the bottom of the sea, then start swimming to reach there.

After reaching there imagine that there are three boxes and all of them are closed, go there and open the first one look into it and say to yourself "i am leaving all my stresses and tensions into it" and then close the box. Now open the second one and say to yourself "i would feel relaxed every time i come here". Now open the third one and make any resolution that you want and close it.

Now slowly start swimming back towards the stairs, after you reach the stairs simply walk up the stairs and come out of the sea.

10. Waking Up:

Now start reverse counting from 10 to 1 and slowly open your eyes. Now you feel that your body is relaxed.

'Health is wealth', this idiom has a very deep and thoughtful meaning in life. Health is the most important priority in our life. If one has a good health then he/she will be able to give 100 percent to his/her work and will live each and every moment of life in a fruitful way. Mostly people indulge so much in their work and other issues that they forget about their health which should be one's topmost priority. Most of the health problems occur due to not following proper daily eating routine or because of poor routine that's why about 70 percent of people in the India  and majority of people in outside countries are the victims of daily health problems. So this is our sincere effort to help people, so that daily health problems can be minimized and people can live their life joyfully.

We follow the routine of Light breakfast in morning then lunch is slightly heavier than breakfast and then dinner is the heaviest which is totally wrong, or we can say almost opposite. According to the Ayurvedic Shastra our digestion process is directly or indirectly connected with sunrise or sunset, this is the fact very few people know. So our eating routine should be according to the sunrise or sunset.

The few different ways by which we can develop a healthy eating routine in our lives are as follows :

1. First meal of the day should be one or two hour after full sunrise which you can call breakfast. Eg. if sun rises at 7:00 am, you should take your meal up to 9:00 am positively. This meal should be heaviest i.e. eat as much as you can to make your stomach full because this is the peak time. At this time digestive fire in our stomach is most intense and what will you take, will get maximally digested and contributed towards your health. In this meal you can take anything healthy you like the most.

2. If you still feel hungry in the afternoon, take light meals. In this meal you are restricted to fruits, salad, juice etc or other light diets such as khichdi (An Indian meal made of rice and mung bean).

3. Dinner should be taken one or two hours after sunset. Eg. If sun sets at 5:00 pm, you should take your dinner up to 7:00 pm positively. Dinner should be the lightest among all the meals.

4. Milk should be taken after the dinner in the night.

5. Eat two to three times a day. Do not try to consume everything at once.

By developing this eating routine, the quality of health will be enhanced and daily health problems will be reduced and quality of life will be improved.

water-drinking-ways
Water is a very important natural resource. It is present in abundance on our planet and covers 71% of our earth surface. It is a combination of two hydrogen and one oxygen atom and its chemical formula is H2O. It has no taste, no color, no odor and its different physical and chemical properties make it  useful to nature and human beings in infinite ways. It plays a keen role in following fields :

1.  Cooking.
2.  Drinking.
3.  Bathing.
4.  Different household uses.
5.  Agriculture.
6.  Industrial uses.
7.  Aquatic Life Forms.
8.  Chemical Uses.
9.  Maintain Equilibrium in nature.
10. Heat Exchange.
11.Fire extinction.
12. Recreation.
13. Religious uses. etc. etc.

We have been discovering its properties and use it from a very long time and the count is still on. Water acts as a boon for human life and and our earth.

Water plays a very important role when the matter concerns our health. One can live without food but cannot live without water. It helps in digestion and regulate body metabolism. But still people are unaware of its advantages and its ways about how we should have it, that's why they suffer day to day health problems.

Some ways of drinking water that should be habitual in day to day life are as follows :

1. Firstly never drink water when you are standing, always try to drink water in sitting position. It will help to avoid knee joint pain.

2. Secondly never drink water in hurry. Always drink it sip by sip and by revolving fully inside your mouth because when you  are drinking it slowly sip by sip and revolving it in mouth, it gets mixed with saliva then enter in your abdomen through esophagus, which have following advantages:
  • It helps in proper digestion.
  • It helps in Pitta control.
Pitta is the bilious humor, or that secreted between the stomach and bowels and flowing through the liver and permeating spleen, heart, eyes, and skin; its chief quality is heat. It is the energy principle which uses bile to direct digestion and hence metabolism.
  • When saliva mixed water enters in the abdomen, it neutralizes the acidity because of its basic nature.

3. Never drink water while eating. Always drink water at least one and a half hour after eating because a type of digestive fire ignites in our abdomen instantaneously after we finish eating. This fire helps in digestion of food. Food gets completely digested in at least one and a half hour, so if we drink water immediately after having food, fire get extinguished and food will remain undigested which result in health problems like indigestion, gas, acidity, abdominal pain etc.

If it is not possible for you to control your thirst while eating, then try to drink water one half before eating so that u will be able to control your thirst while eating.

4. Avoid glasses and flat surface container or vessels to drink water in, because according to the laws of physics and surface tension, a flat surface has high surface tension, so if you will be drinking water in glasses, you will be drinking water of high surface tension. Try to drink water in spherical surfaces container or Lotas ( spherical containers of Indian origin), because sphere has least surface tension. Try to drink water in copper utensils because copper kills the unwanted organism and filter the water.
5. Drink as much water as you can, it removes nitrogenous waste and intact your kidney functioning. According to the medical science a person should drink water one tenth of the body weight per day.

Eg. If your weight is 50 kg you should drink water one tenth of its i.e. 5 liters of water per day.

If you follow these above given steps, you will find a miraculous positive changes in your body. You will get relieved from following problems :
  • Heaviness in body.
  • Headache.
  • Knee joint and muscular pain.
  • Sleeplessness.
  • Fatigue.
Overall health and lifestyle will be enhanced and as your body will get healthy, your life will get happier.
