How To Get IE Tab 2 Add-On For Firefox ?
- You can simply download this add-on by visiting IE Tab Add-On provider's website.
- On their website you will find that they are providing this add-on for both Firefox and Google Chrome but the add-on for Chrome is not available to download at the time of writing this article.
- But since we have to download it for Firefox so go ahead and click on Get IE Tab 2 for Firefox.
How To Install IE Tab 2 Add-On In Firefox ?
- After clicking on "Get IE Tab 2 for Firefox", you will be redirected to a new page, then click on Add To Firefox tab.
- Then it will be added to your Firefox Browser.
- After that it will ask you to restart your browser so close all the tabs and restart the browser.
- Once you restart your browser then you will be taken to a new page where it will ask you to install IE Tab Button. So, install it for your ease because the button is so tiny so it will not bother you much but if you don't want to install the button then leave this step because it is optional.
- Now you have your browser ready for incompatible websites.
How To Use IE Tab 2 Add-on ?
- Open the website in Firefox which is incompatible with your browser.
- Then click on IE Tab Button and now you can see it has converted your browser into Internet Explorer Compatibility View Mode.
- Also you can see that it has resolved your incompatibility issues.
Alternate Method To Use IE Tab 2 Add-On:
- If you don't want to install IE Tab 2 button in your browser then you can simply right click on the page that you want to view in compatibility mode and select "View Page In IE Tab" from the list.
- Then your browser will start running in Internet Explorer Compatibility View Mode and you can see your incompatible website without any problem.
